Waitlist privacy

This notice covers the MTTScout early-access waitlist.

What you submit

The form collects your email address and your explicit consent to beta invitations and email updates. Poker nickname, country, poker rooms and interests are optional.

Why we use it

We use these details to manage the beta waitlist, record your 50% discount for your first 12 months, understand product interests and communicate about MTTScout early access.

Where you joined

We record whether you joined from the landing page or preview, which waitlist button you used, and supported campaign labels from the page address. The form does not collect your poker account password, hand history or payment details.

Email and your choices

Consent is required to join this email-based waitlist and is never selected in advance. Email delivery is not enabled yet; a confirmed signup saves your place but does not send a welcome email. To withdraw consent, unsubscribe or request deletion of your waitlist information, contact admin@mttscout.com.

Processing and storage

Requests are processed by the MTTScout application on our VPS. Waitlist information, consent, early-access discount records and basic events are stored in the main MTTScout Supabase database. The separate Notes database is not used for this waitlist.

Basic usage events

We record landing-page views, preview opens, waitlist opens and clicks on locked preview features to understand how the public preview is used. These requests contain only the event name, landing or preview source and, for locked-feature clicks, a predefined feature name. They do not include form details, campaign labels or personal identifiers. This event tracking does not use cookies or create browser identifiers.

Abuse prevention

Our server uses a keyed hash of the request IP address to limit abusive requests. The anti-abuse database stores the hash rather than the raw IP address. Rate-limit records have a short expiry of 30 minutes from the start of their rate-limit window and are removed during subsequent request processing. Expiry is not a guarantee of deletion at that exact moment.

Public preview

The preview uses fictional samples. Filters and tournament details operate within this page and do not access a private player account.
